Meet The RCA

For over a century, the Rowayton Civic Association has served as a steward of community life in Rowayton, Connecticut. Founded in 1911, the RCA is a volunteer-led, nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching our village's cultural, recreational, and environmental fabric.

Our Mission

The mission of the Rowayton Civic Association is to enrich the lives of Rowayton residents and neighbors through providing cultural programs, educational events, and supporting local community initiatives. The RCA invites all residents to become involved in the RCA through volunteerism and helping identify the needs of our community.

Meet The 2026 RCA Board

All residents and property owners of voting age in the District are automatically members of the Association. The annual meeting of members is held each January. The members of the Board are elected to four-year terms, meeting monthly to coordinate stewardship, outreach, and events.
